We have an important product portfolio including POM and OTC/GSL medicines. Thanks to our product development team our range is constantly evolving, helping to bring new medicines to you quickly.
Prescription only medicines (POMs) – branded and generic
We have an impressive, enviable range of over 200+ medicines used in the treatment of multiple therapy areas such as pain management, anticoagulation, diabetes and many others. All are manufactured and tested to the highest standards so you can be confident in the quality of your Wockhardt UK medicine.
Generic medicines contain the same active ingredient(s) and are exact copies (bioequivalent) of the originator brand but, as the product is no longer patented, they can be manufactured by multiple companies, driving down the cost to the NHS.
Over the counter/general sales licence medicines
In addition to our Wockhardt POM range, we also manufacture products such as paracetamol, ibuprofen and aspirin for supermarkets, multiple retailers, pharmacy chains and wholesalers. These are presented in our own packaging as well as theirs.
Take a look through your medicine cabinet, you may have more Wockhardt licenced medicines at home than you realise.
