Yaltormin SR prolonged release tablets

Once daily prolonged release metformin tablet
Indicated for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, particularly in overweight patients, when dietary management and exercise alone does not result in adequate glycaemic control²
May be used as monotherapy or in conjunction with other oral antidiabetic agents, or with insulin²
Available as 500mg, 750mg and 1000mg tablets
All strengths available in packs of 28 or 56 tablets
