From September 6th to 8th, the Prime Minister Tony Blair visited New Delhi for the 6th India-EU Business Summit. Mr. Blair addressed the summit in his capacity as President of the Council of the European Union. An important outcome of the summit was the adoption of a joint action plan, which will provide the necessary framework for fast-evolving relations between India and the EU. As part of a select group of top Indian investors in the UK, Chairman of the Wockhardt Group Mr Habil Khorakiwala was invited to a breakfast meeting with the Prime Minister and his delegation.
